zc555 Terms & Conditions — Platform User Agreement

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply throughout this document and all related policies published by zc555:

• "Platform" means the zc555 website accessible at zc555.bio, including all sub-pages, features, games, betting markets, and services made available to registered users.
• "User" / "Player" / "You" means any individual who accesses the Platform, whether registered or unregistered, including any person who places a wager, uses casino services, or transacts through the zc555 wallet.
• "Account" means the registered user profile created by an individual upon successful completion of the zc555 registration process.
• "Funds" / "Balance" means the aggregated PKR value held in a User's zc555 wallet, comprising real-money deposits, bonus credits, and pending winnings subject to applicable withdrawal conditions.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback award, or other incentive granted to a User by zc555 under the terms of an active promotional offer.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any real-money or bonus-credit stake placed on a sporting event, casino game, or other game of chance or skill offered on the zc555 Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification — the identity authentication process required before withdrawals can be processed, typically involving submission of a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or equivalent government-issued identification.
• "JazzCash" and "EasyPaisa" refer to Pakistan-based mobile financial services used as payment channels on the zc555 Platform.

By creating an Account and/or accessing the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction;
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes;
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list, including any list maintained by zc555 or any affiliated gaming authority;
• You are not acting on behalf of another individual in placing wagers or operating an Account;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of zc555 or any of its affiliated technology or gaming providers;
• The funds you use to deposit on the zc555 Platform are derived from lawful sources and are not proceeds of criminal activity.

zc555 reserves the right to require documentary proof of any of the above representations at its sole discretion and to suspend or permanently close any Account where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) registered Account on the zc555 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all Funds therein.

3.1 Registration Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process, including your full name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a unique password. You must promptly update your Account information if any registered details change.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your zc555 login credentials. You must not share your password, one-time passcodes, or Account access with any third party. zc555 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain appropriate security over your credentials.

3.3 KYC Verification

Prior to processing any withdrawal, zc555 requires completion of KYC verification. This requires submission of a valid, government-issued identity document (CNIC or equivalent). zc555 may request additional documentation including proof of address or source of funds. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period following a withdrawal request may result in the request being cancelled and the funds returned to the Account balance.

• KYC documents must be authentic, unaltered, and clearly legible;
• Submission of fraudulent or doctored documents constitutes grounds for immediate Account termination and referral to relevant authorities;
• KYC status does not expire unless a User significantly updates their registered personal information.

zc555 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Habib Bank Limited (HBL), United Bank Limited (UBL), Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20 (cryptocurrency). Supported payment methods are subject to change; the current list is displayed within the zc555 Wallet section at the time of deposit.

4.1 Deposit Conditions

• All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in the User's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• zc555 does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges, for which zc555 accepts no liability.
• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed within the Wallet section and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Deposits made in error or from accounts not registered to the User may be reversed to the originating payment source, less any applicable processing charges incurred by zc555.
• JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are credited to the zc555 Account balance in real time under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer timelines vary by provider.

Withdrawal requests from the zc555 Platform are subject to the following conditions and processing timelines. All withdrawals are processed in PKR to payment methods registered in the User's own name.

• Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to fund the Account, except where zc555 customer support has approved an alternative in writing following a formal request.
• Completed KYC verification is a prerequisite for all withdrawal processing. Accounts with pending KYC status will have withdrawal requests placed on hold.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is displayed within the Wallet section and is subject to periodic revision.
• JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes of approval by the zc555 finance team under normal operating conditions.
• Bank transfer withdrawals (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) may take up to 24 hours depending on interbank processing timelines.
• zc555 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on any withdrawal request, which may extend processing time. Users will be notified of any such delay.
• Bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. See Clause 6 for full bonus withdrawal conditions.

zc555 offers a range of promotional bonuses to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of the promotion under which they are awarded, in addition to the general conditions set out in this clause. In the event of conflict between general bonus terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and may not be withdrawn directly. Only winnings generated from bonus play that satisfy the applicable wagering requirement are eligible for withdrawal.
• Unless otherwise specified, the standard wagering requirement for deposit match bonuses on zc555 is ten times (10x) the combined deposit and bonus amount.
• Slot games contribute 100% toward wagering requirements unless otherwise stated. Live casino and table games contribute 10% unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms.
• Each bonus carries an expiry period, which begins from the date the bonus is credited. Unmet wagering requirements at expiry result in forfeiture of the bonus balance and any associated winnings.
• zc555 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings if it determines that a User has abused promotional offers, including through arbitrage betting, collusion, use of multiple accounts, or exploitation of platform errors.
• A User may only hold one active welcome bonus at a time. Attempting to claim the welcome bonus more than once per account or per household is a violation of these Terms.

6.2 Free Spins

Free spins awarded by zc555 as part of any promotion carry a maximum win cap unless otherwise specified. Winnings from free spins are added to the bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements as described in the specific promotion's terms.

The following rules govern all sports wagering activity on the zc555 Platform, including cricket, football, kabaddi, UFC, and all other sporting markets available at the time of betting.

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed by the User. zc555 does not guarantee the availability of any specific market or odds level at any given time.
• In-play (live) bets are subject to a network latency disclaimer. zc555 reserves the right to void in-play bets placed after the relevant event outcome has been determined but before the Platform's systems have updated accordingly.
• PSL, international cricket, and other sporting results are determined by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC, etc.). zc555 accepts the rulings of these bodies as final for settlement purposes.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before completion of the minimum number of overs or periods required for a valid result, bets will be settled according to the specific sport's rules as published in the zc555 Sports Rules section.
• zc555 reserves the right to impose maximum stake limits on individual users, markets, or events at its sole discretion.
• Bets placed in error (e.g., on the wrong team or market) cannot be cancelled once confirmed by the User. Users should carefully verify all bet selections before confirming.
• Winnings from settled bets are credited to the real-money balance immediately upon result confirmation, subject to any applicable review process for high-value payouts.

All casino games available on the zc555 Platform — including but not limited to online slots, live dealer blackjack, live baccarat, live roulette, crash games, game shows, video poker, and specialty games — are governed by the following rules:

• All digital casino games on zc555 are powered by certified Random Number Generators (RNG). The RNG systems are independently audited to ensure genuine randomness and compliance with published Return to Player (RTP) figures.
• Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical dealing equipment operated by licensed studio staff. zc555 relies on the studio provider's dealing protocols and cannot influence live game outcomes.
• A game round that is interrupted due to technical failure will be resolved in accordance with the game provider's technical reconciliation procedures. zc555 will apply the provider's outcome where determinable, or void the round and return the stake where no outcome can be established.

Users of the zc555 Platform are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following conduct. Breach of this clause may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all Funds, and referral to relevant authorities where criminal conduct is suspected:

• Creating, operating, or using more than one Account on the Platform;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC verification;
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated tools to interact with the Platform in a manner that is not sanctioned by zc555;
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, bonus abuse, or any systematic strategy designed to exploit promotional offers;
• Colluding with other Users in casino games, particularly poker-style or multiplayer formats;
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, including money laundering or fraud;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or circumvent any security or anti-fraud measure implemented by zc555;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing zc555 staff members through any communication channel;
• Exploiting platform errors, misquoted odds, or technical malfunctions for financial gain. Any winnings generated through such exploitation are void.

zc555 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Suspected or confirmed breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity theft;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period;
• A request from the Account holder to close their own Account (voluntary self-exclusion);
• Receipt of a legal or regulatory instruction requiring restriction of the Account;
• Detection of multi-accounting, bonus abuse, or collusive play.

Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, funds held in the Account balance will be ring-fenced and not made available to the User until the investigation concludes. If the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, zc555 reserves the right to forfeit some or all of the Account balance in proportion to the breach identified.

Users wishing to voluntarily close their Account for any reason, including responsible gaming grounds, should contact the zc555 support team via live chat. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 24 hours.

zc555 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Users, accessible directly from the Account Settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your Account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Time Limits: Configure maximum session duration warnings and automatic logouts after a specified period of continuous play.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum net-loss threshold over a defined period. Once reached, access to real-money wagering is suspended until the limit period resets.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a self-selected period (1 day to 6 weeks) without permanently closing it.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the zc555 Platform. Self-exclusion is processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months from the date of request.

Such content is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
• No content from the zc555 Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, reverse-engineered, scraped, or commercially exploited without prior written consent from zc555.
• The zc555 name, logo, and brand marks are proprietary trademarks. Use of these marks without authorisation is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zc555 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• A User's inability to access the Platform due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond zc555's control;
• Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in odds, game results, or promotional communications, subject to the correction procedures outlined in these Terms;
• Loss of data, loss of profits, or other economic loss arising from use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Unauthorised access to a User's Account resulting from the User's own failure to maintain adequate credential security;
• Third-party payment processing delays or failures that are outside of zc555's direct control.

Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to limit zc555's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable mandatory law.

In the event of any dispute arising from use of the zc555 Platform, Users are requested to follow the procedure set out below before pursuing any formal legal or regulatory action:

• Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit a formal written complaint via live chat or email to [email protected], providing full details of the dispute including the Account ID, relevant dates, and amounts.
• Step 2 — Formal Review: The zc555 disputes team will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 10 business days of receiving all required information.
• Step 3 — Escalation: If the dispute is not resolved to the User's satisfaction following the formal review, the User may escalate the matter to the relevant licensing authority as identified on the zc555 About Us page. The decision of the licensing authority's dispute resolution body shall be final and binding on both parties.

zc555 does not operate a formal arbitration programme but will cooperate fully with any dispute investigation conducted by its licensing authority.

zc555 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, zc555 will endeavour to provide advance notice via the Platform or by email to the registered Account email address. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those updated Terms.

The effective date displayed at the top of these Terms indicates when the current version came into force. Users are encouraged to review the Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute arising out of or relating to them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under zc555's international gaming license jurisdiction. This choice of law does not limit any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply to a User under the laws of their own jurisdiction.

The parties agree that any legal action not subject to the dispute resolution procedure in Clause 14 shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction, and each party irrevocably submits to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for this purpose.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its original intent.
